Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Adventure Plan. By registering for or participating in our courses and tours, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. General
1.1. These terms apply to all courses and tours organized by Adventure Plan (Organisation number 922732930 - Rasmus Ramstad, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "the company").
1.2. By signing up for our activities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
1.3. We reserve the right to amend the terms without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on our website.

2. Participant Requirements
2.1. Participants must be in good physical condition and have the necessary health status to participate in the courses and tours. It is your responsibility to assess whether you are physically and mentally capable of participating.
2.2. The minimum age for participation is 18 years unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with us.
2.3. All participants are required to provide accurate information about any relevant medical history, allergies, or other conditions that may affect their participation.

3. Responsibility and Risk
3.1. Participation in high mountain activities involves certain risks. We do our utmost to ensure your safety, but you participate at your own risk.
3.2. By participating, you acknowledge that our courses and tours may involve hazards such as changing weather conditions, challenging terrain, and other unpredictable factors that may result in personal injury or property damage.
3.3. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during our activities.
3.4. You must follow the instructions of our guides and instructors at all times. Failure to follow safety instructions may result in your removal from the activity without any right to a refund.

4. Payment
4.1. Courses and tours are binding, and payment must be received by the due date on the invoice.
4.2. You will receive an invoice via the provided email after registration.
4.3. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your place. You will be notified of the cancellation.

5. Cancellations and Changes
5.1. If you wish to cancel your participation, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
5.2. The following refund policy applies upon cancellation:

Cancellations more than 14 days before the activity: Full refund.

Cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the activity: 50% refund.
-
Cancellations less than 7 days before the activity: No refund.
5.3. We reserve the right to cancel or modify courses or tours due to insufficient registrations, weather conditions, safety considerations, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

6. Safety and Equipment
6.1. We provide safety equipment, such as basic first aid kits and wind shelters.
6.2. You are responsible for bringing personal equipment suitable for our tours and courses. A detailed equipment list will be provided before each tour.
6.3. We reserve the right to deny participation to individuals who do not have suitable equipment or are deemed unfit for the activity for safety reasons.

7. Insurance
7.1. Participants are responsible for obtaining sufficient insurance to cover any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur during the activities.
7.2. We also recommend that you purchase cancellation insurance in case you need to cancel due to illness or other unforeseen events.

8. Liability Waiver
8.1. By participating in our activities, you agree to hold Adventure Plan, our employees, guides, and instructors harmless from any injury, loss, or expense arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
8.2. This waiver also applies to unforeseen events, such as delays, canceled activities due to weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

9. Privacy
9.1. We process all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
9.2. Personal information collected in connection with registration will only be used to manage your participation and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Force Majeure
10.1. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

11. Disputes and Governing Law
11.1. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in our activities shall be attempted to be resolved amicably. If this is not successful, the dispute shall be submitted to the ordinary courts in Norway.
11.2. These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
